Convert Tide product guide

Go from audience insight to campaign copy and a usable marketing plan. This guide covers the core workflow inside Convert Tide.

Getting started

  1. Create an account and verify your email, then complete onboarding with your business details.
  2. Convert Tide uses that context to generate your first buyer persona.
  3. From the dashboard, create campaigns and marketing plans tied to a persona.

Personas

Personas describe who you sell to: demographics, psychographics, pain points, goals, and buying triggers.

  • Generate a persona from your business profile and answers.
  • Review and edit fields before you use them downstream.
  • Campaigns and plans pull messaging context from the selected persona.

Free plans include a limited persona allowance. Paid plans unlock more capacity and higher-quality AI output.

Campaigns

A campaign turns a persona into platform-ready ad copy variations for the channels you select (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, TikTok).

  • Each generation spends AI credits from your monthly pool.
  • Variations are validated against platform character limits before they are saved.
  • Review scores, formats, and angles, then edit or export.

Marketing plans

Plans turn strategy into a timeline: weekly tasks, channel mix, budget framing, and milestones you can follow.

  • Link a plan to a persona (and optionally a campaign).
  • Adjust duration and budget, then regenerate if needed.
  • Export or share once the outline matches how you work.

Credits & plans

Persona, campaign, and plan generation each consume AI credits. When credits run out, generation is blocked until your pool renews or you upgrade.

  • Free: 1,500 AI credits / mo with Gemini (standard quality). Enough for persona, campaign, and plan generation loops.
  • Pro: 5,000 AI credits / mo, 5 personas, Claude (higher quality).
  • Enterprise: 15,000 AI credits / mo, unlimited personas, Claude (highest quality), priority support.

Channels

Pick the channels that match where your audience already is. Convert Tide generates copy shaped for each platform’s formats and limits.

  • Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
  • Google Ads
  • LinkedIn
  • TikTok (ad copy generation)

Publishing connectors may require connecting accounts in Settings. Copy generation works from the campaign flow even before every channel is connected.
